Former presidential doctors are calling for the former VP to have a cognitive test.  Even some GOP congressmen are asking for it.  Something is becoming clear for those who are around him.  Then there’s the Jefferey Toobin thing.  It wasn’t an accidental exposure.  Let’s call it what it was. 

But he’s back.  And all is forgiven …?
